What is Ultra long length LED Strip Light?
Ultra long length COB LED tape is a flexible lighting solution that uses advanced Chip-on-Board technology to densely arrange LED chips on the PCB, delivering smooth, dot-free illumination over extra-long runs—up to dozens or even hundreds of meters—without noticeable voltage drop or brightness loss, thanks to optimized circuit design and constant current driving; it offers uniform light output, excellent flexibility for bending or shaping, and easy installation with cuttable sections, making it ideal for large-scale continuous lighting applications such as commercial spaces, hotels, architectural outlines, exhibitions, and any project requiring extended, consistent, and high-quality illumination.
The difference between COB and SMD
Comparing to Surface Mounted Devices(SMD) led strip, COB LED strips offer wider beam angle, higher CRI and more uniform lighting. It is with a 180-degree beam angle, Free cutting of LED cob light strip. 90 CRI and dotless light illumination, flexible, energy efficiency, excellent heat dissipation and long lifespan.

How to set up the COB LED Strip
The working voltage of the COB led strip is DC 12V or DC 24V, it needs the constant voltage led driver (LED power supply) to light up as below.
How to connect the COB LED strip lights by led strip connector
We have different type of connector to fit for different led strips. There are 2pin 3pin 4pin 5pin and 6pin to fit for 5mm 6mm 8mm 10mm 12mm PCB width LED strips. And there are Strip to Wire, Strip to Strip, Corner 3 different applications like below.
1. Strip to wire
When you cut lengths of the led strip from a reel and it without wire, you can select the led strip to wire connector as below.
2. Strip to strip
When you need to connecting another led strip to the existing one, you can use the led strip to strip connector as below.
